If you don’t see all your children in the Parent Portal, it may be due to one of the following:
1. Different email addresses on file at the school.
Please confirm that the same email is listed on all student records and matches the one used to create your Parent Portal account.
2. STSCO has not yet received your child’s information from the school.
Please follow up directly with the school.
If you’ve recently updated your information at the school, please allow up to 72 hours for changes to appear in the portal.
